Do our guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code or tap the link and the page opens straight away — iPhone or Android, no login.
How quickly can it be ready?
Usually within 48 hours of receiving your guest list and venue details. Rush set-ups are possible — just ask.
What do you need from us?
Your guest list with table numbers (Excel, a photo of your table plan, or a typed list is fine), the date, the venue and — for the map — the venue’s floor plan if you have it.
Do we get to check it first?
Yes. You get a private preview link to search names and check every table, then tap “Approve” or send corrections. Guests only see it once you’re happy.
Can names be changed after it’s live?
Yes, right up to the day. Changes appear instantly and the QR code never changes, so printed signs keep working.
Does it replace our printed seating board?
They work together. Keep your printed board for the look and photos; guests who can’t get near it simply search on their phone.
What about privacy?
We only store guest names and table numbers. The page is hidden from Google, can be PIN-protected, and names are deleted after the wedding.
