Find My Seat is a service provided by Smoke Design. Last updated October 2026.

What you’re buying

A personalised digital seating plan for one event: a private web page and QR code where your guests search their name and see their table, with the features of the package you choose (Essential £99, Signature £149, Bespoke £199). Prices include everything listed for that package; there are no subscriptions.

Payment

You pay in full when you book. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. A receipt is emailed to you automatically.

What happens next

Send us your guest list and table plan in any format. We usually have your page ready within 48 hours of receiving everything. You’ll get a private preview link to check and approve it before guests see it, and you can send changes right up to the day.

Cancellations & refunds

• Within 14 days of booking: you can cancel for a full refund. If you ask us to start building your page within those 14 days and then cancel, we may keep a fair amount for the work already done.
• Before we start work: full refund at any time.
• If your event is postponed: we’ll move your seating plan to the new date at no cost.
• After your page has been approved and used at your event: no refund, as the service has been provided.
• If something isn’t right, tell us — we’ll fix it first. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.

Your guests’ information

We store only guest names and table numbers — no contact details. Seating pages are hidden from search engines, can be PIN-protected, and guest names are deleted automatically after your event. Your own contact details are used only to deliver your booking and are never sold or shared.
