What does our venue need to do?
Share your floor plan once and give us a spot for a QR sign at the entrance or seating board. We do everything else — set-up, checking and changes.
Who pays — the venue or the couple?
Usually the couple books directly with us (from £99). You can also include it in your own wedding packages — talk to us about venue pricing.
How does commission work?
You get your own referral link and QR code. Every couple who books through it is credited to you, and you earn commission at a rate agreed with you. Your private dashboard shows referrals, bookings and what you’re owed.
What if the plan changes on the day?
Changes go live instantly and the QR code never changes, so printed signs keep working.
Is it only for weddings?
No — it works for any seated event: charity dinners, awards nights, conferences and corporate dinners, with your own section names.
What about guests’ data?
We store only names and table numbers — no contact details. Pages are hidden from Google, can be PIN-protected, and names are deleted after each event.
